Virginia has an array of knowledge in the areas of recruitment and hiring; career coaching and interviewing; employment programs and selection. That includes certifications in resume writing; skill analysis; personality assessments, workplace performance concerns and EEOC complaint investigations. Her tenure with Fairfax County Public Schools, George Mason University and the U.S. Department of the Navy, Civilian Personal Office will collectively benefit her clients in navigating the world of work. Virginia associates, collaborates and or is affiliated with the following organizations: The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP); National Career Development Association (NCDA); and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Virginia also serves her community by utilizing her substance abuse rehabilitation counseling expertise to coach women through addiction 12-step recovery programs. She is civic minded and has served as a board member for the Allied Health and Nursing Partnership and she was an appointed representative to the Small and Minority Business Enterprise Advisory Commission for Fairfax County Government.
